Overview

Our Introduction to Robotics program offers the integration of mechanics, electronics and software skills that are required for the 21st-century education.

This programs also provides an overview of intelligent controls, speech recognition, and image recognition. We introduce the methods and technologies used in programming and the design of modern robots. This course encourages students to sharpen their critical thinking skills and use them in various robotic applications.

The unit emphasizes the practical application of robotic theory to the design and synthesis of robotic systems that respond accurately and repeatedly.

Program Structure 

In this program, students will be introduced to a step-by-step method of designing, planning and programming a robotic application where they’ll use block coding (Blockly) and/or Python to program their robot.
